Is there a way to get handle on Application property file handle in action class. What I mean is if I specify in struts-config.xml
<message-resources parameter="DICE" null="false"/> and drop my DICE.properties file in WEB-INF/classes directory Shouldn't I be able to read this property file from my DAO class which is called from within DispatchAction class.
