Label Value Bean? for

I forgot the name of the class /or/ tag that was useful when creating
<html:select> list data. That is, when gathering the data for the display, I
thought the proper way to do this, was to use a "Label Value Bean?"?
 Problem is, I am having trouble remembering/finding the api for the label
value bean?
 Could someone assist
