There is stuff all over if you want something server based. Amanda (www.amanda.org) has a win32 client via a second sourceforge project), plus stuff I've never heard of like http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/info.html and more. Remember, google is your friend. :)
If it's just those 2 Windows based computers, I'll second Byron Lape's suggestion of using the built-in XP backup program as an account with administrative privileges.
