Sorry ... I only announced this to the Struts dev list. The nightly builds for Shale now include all the source and binary content, for all of the four subpackages that used to be uploaded separately. See the link Wendy posted above. This is the format I intend to use for the 1.0.0 Shale milestone release as well, so please provide any feedback on whether that meets your needs or not.
