Does anyone on the list have any recommendations regarding putting the commons-XXX jar files that are deployed with struts at the application server container level instead of at the application level in the WEB-INF/lib directory? I'm interested in doing this in order to save on the memory consumption in the app server. I know that struts.jar cannot be put at the container level.
