Wo_Shi(etc.), If all you want to do is apply a style (or two) of template(s) to your JSP's, take a look at SiteMesh instead of Tiles. I recommend SiteMesh over tiles if you only want to "wrap" your pages in one or two templates. For anything more complex, I would suggest Tiles with TilesActions and/or TilesControllers.
