  Maybe i didn't make myself clear.
  As far as i know, Tomcat 4, for instance, isn't JSTL-enabled until you drop 
the jars in your
webapp lib directory but Tomcat 5 is JSTL-enabled out of the box.
  That was what i meant.
  Hope it is clearer now.
