Is there any site where one can download Struts 1.3 Daily snapshots?

This is where I'm hoping to get people looking at some of the bigger changes related to the chain-based RequestProcessor before committing. Note that I have not even run a Struts app on the code in these builds. It compiles, but given how much is in config files, that's no guarantee!
