Also, a few books on commons libraries have been published in the last few years. I can't recommend any specifically, but I believe some reviews circulated around the commons-dev list a while back if you feel like searching the archives. I don't think any of them are "reference" type "commons in a nutshell" books, but they may have the doc you need.
Or, finally, there are tons of little apps out there which can download a URL and all its linked pages into a local copy.
