This is purely ad hoc, but here's a JAR built from the SVN head against commons-chain 1.0 and Struts 1.2.4.

Given the changes which are pending, I'm not terribly interested in spending a lot of time maintaining the sandbox version... Hopefully it won't be too long before we get a regular Struts nightly build which is as good or better ;-)
