No, but that's just because I didn't remember it ;-)
That one generated a lot of discussion, so apparently people think it's important. I have to admit that I gave up worrying about strict HTML validation a long time ago. Still, the one Niall points to documents most of the issues, so anyone who wants to jump in and figure out the implementation details and provide a patch is encouraged to do so!
