Thanks for the mention, Ted. According to Amazon the book is slated for 
release on February 15, 2005 -- I am hoping it will be sooner, though.

new "Jakarta Struts Cookbook" by Bill Siggelkow (ORA -  ISBN 059600771X).
The 1.2.x coverage is excellent. And, Bill did manage to teach me a thing or three :) 

I'm not sure of the release date, but it should be soon.
