I am not sure why what I said does not make sense to you, Rajesh. 
When you do something with a processor, it takes time.  So, of course,
if you run the code you mentioned it will take the time it takes.  Is
there something other than that you are asking?  I appreciate that we
may be looking at a bit of a language barrier here.  I think either
that I have answered you or that you need to ask your question
differently.
