Assuming that's a Usenet server, try comp.lang.java.programmer.
To the OP, just search for Java ejb, etc... Since they are archives of mailing lists, I don't know if you will find groups for general discussions. I found gmane.comp.java.ejb.general, but it doesn't look very active.
