I'm trying to use #3 on this page: http://www.niallp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/. It is a tag library that I'm trying to use with my struts web app. But I have no clue how to use the class file he provided. I don't know where to put it at compile time, and it has a different package name than my current project (package lib.framework.taglib;)
