Worst case? Why, "never" of course :-)

I am hesitant to release anything other than the nightly builds until
I see enough evidence that at least a few people have successfully
used it, or I see bug reports that identify the remaining problems so
we can fix them. The current level of silence (other than a couple of
outstanding bug reports) is somewhat ambiguous ... does it mean that
everything works with no problems, or that nobody is even trying?

On the other hand, if the code were released tomorrow it would be
identical to the code that is in tonight's nightly build anyway. I
would really appreciate it if people would at least try converting
some of their existing Struts apps to use this library (even if you
don't convert *all* the pages), to help us shake out remaining bugs.

Multiple-module support hasn't been tested, and this is likely to
require some extra work ... the current integration assumes a single
request processor instance. It might also require us to complete the
refactoring of the request processor to use the Chain of
Responsibility pattern so that Struts things and JSF things can be
interleaved a little more cleanly.
