Let's see.... if I wanted a list I would peruse the archives, looking at domains from where people are posting, and then check those to see if they're using struts. I would also keep in mind that some company's may use a wide range of technologies, from PHP to ASP to JSP for their websites, so I would take a good hard look at each site. I would also allow for the possibility that some sites are a mix of static and dynamic pages. > > Any other struts examples that folks are working,, preferably > using JSP's. > > Also, since its struts, I was expecting to see a ".do" > someplace in the URI. The .do extension is not mandatory, and can be changed in the configuration file. If the site is doing struts accordig to the latest best practices you'll never see a JSP page anyway. If you're looking for examples of JSP pages, looking at other sites will only show you the HTML generated, not the tags used. Looking at any site (especially my employers) would reveal ( if you could look at the back side ) 3 distinct ways of building web applications, all of which at the time they were written were considered state of the art. All 3 of which are now no longer considered to be examples of best practices and good engineering by TODAY's standards. However, you would not know that just from looking at the site, or looking at the URL's, or the page or anything else your web browser might show you. > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Hubert Rabago [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, July 14, 2004 11:10 AM > To: Struts Users Mailing List > Subject: Re: examples of struts?? > > > > Take a look at these: > http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?StrutsWebLinks > http://wiki.apache.org/struts/PoweredBy > > > --- Lykins Don H Contr AFSAC/ITS <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > What real-world web sites are using struts? > > > > Can someone point me to some sites and do you know which > packages/classes > > are used? > > > > also, which is the most popular/beneficial class in use today? > > > > > > Don Lykins > > AFSAC > > 937-257-4295 x4539 > > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > > > > > > > __________________________________ > Do you Yahoo!? > Yahoo!
