What sort of problems? The server catches fire? That sounds like overheating. You probably want to use a bigger ventilation fan, and keep a fire extinguisher handy. Make sure the transformer in the power supply isnt covered in dust too! I guess the dummy server is ok as its made of a more flame resistant type of plastic. READ THIS: http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html C'mon mate, give us some more detailed info on the symptoms like what are the error messages or unexpected behaviours being exhibited. First thing you could check though is whether your running out of database connections (by not closing them when your finished with them).
