I gather the title should say CSV as opposed to tsv?

Also when the term spark-csv is used is it a reference to databricks stuff?

val df =
spark.read.format("com.databricks.spark.csv").option("inferSchema",
"true").option("header", "true").load......

or it is something new in 2 like spark-sql etc?
