I agree with Sean that a Spark-specific Stack Exchange likely won't help and almost certainly won't make it out of Area 51. The idea certainly sounds nice from our perspective as Spark users, but it doesn't mesh with the structure of Stack Exchange or the criteria for creating new sites.
