I've changed the conversion in POI 5.1.0 with #65612 [1], please use a newer
version and report your findings.
I guess your conversion will have more metadata and functionality and I assume you
know about the PPTX -> SVG conversion already [2].

IIRC the master slide had one line via custom geometry and the slide added
another line.
So the rendering looked similar, but I haven't check the per pixel difference.
Please detail a bit more what you've found in the rabbit hole and what would be
the expected result.
