Unusual slowdown in java 11

Hello,

 

After moving my project to java 11, I have noticed some pretty  big
slowdowns ( upwards of 5 minutes) that are most noticeable when calling

WorkbookFactory.create(is))

where  "is"  is a InputStream. Has anyone else encountered this kind of
issue?
