Iam having another issue here I was in a impression that each Excel file
which we receive from diferent companies would be in same format but I just
came to know that it can vary for each company.

here Im attaching the 2 formats from 2 different companies in sheet1 and 2.

code which i have now only works for companies which has a format of 4
interval loads for each day.

We do not know which company has how many loads for each day as this can
vary.

In the first sheet this company has 4 interval loads for each day where as
in the second sheet it only has 2 loads for each day with different names.

there is no way for me to know which format would be coming from companies,
how can I handle in this case. please suggest.

can the properties file handle this ?
