Dear All, I have an issue in recording. For each recording, 2 .webm files are created under the OM data dir, both are of zero size, and the recording is not created. The yellow rectangle error message is empty. Where can I find the error logs? What can be the reason for zero recording files? Is it correct to have 2 .webm files for each recording? Thank you.
