I'm afraid it is not clear what is wrong
I would recommend to run convert command in console and check the output
If PDF is huge (or pages are complex) you might need to fine tune
ImageMagic ....

According to office documents conversion (including TXT) they are converted
to PDF then to PNG
Since 'doJodConvert' has exitValue '0' I would expect you have PDF :)
And the question is about fine tuning ImageMagic ....
