I think you can just save it in the room in OpenMeetings, it will store it as .WML file internally. And then open the same file on another OpenMeetings instance. Assuming both OpenMeetings servers are linked to the same database and file system. Basically whats described in https://openmeetings.apache.org/Clustering.html#database1
