I have not changed anything.
Also I have done new installation Openmeetings 5.0 on new Redhat VM. There also 
I am getting the same error “Error while processing file”.
PFB screenshot for the same. For first file it is showing error, other two are 
in progress.
I also checked in hibernate folder. Recording files are not there.
The intermediate files are getting created in the respective room folder.
Please help to resolve it.

Most probably its permission issue. Kurento media server should have access to 
dir where recordings to be saved
