Hi Sangeeta, there is currently no native AWS/S3 Integration for files and recordings in OpenMeetings. Would require some plugin or work.
Your best choice right might be to mount a EBS volume. Alternatively there might be ways to trick it also in mounting S3 as a file system and https://github.com/s3fs-fuse/s3fs-fuse Not sure if the advanced recording file operations and integration with Kurento would work with s3fs as filesystem though.
