OM505, conference, asking for screen sharing perm. sends question for whiteboad

Hi guys,

i've set up a conference room. User 1 is requesting the permission to
share his screen, the moderator gets an activity message
about a request to permission to draw on the whiteboad ..... ;-( If the
moderator accepts the request, user 1 is getting the permission to draw
on the whiteboard.
