I am seeing that on Firefox 68.6.0esr on linux (SL 7.7). That's
the latest up-to-date version on RHEL and its derivatives.

Separately, I run into an SSL-related error message that was
an array dump in the user's browser. It contained an SSLsomething
element with value 20 and it was caused by having the SSL
certificate in the keystore, but not the SSL key. I solved it,
so I can no longer reproduce it. The problem with that array
is that it includes the OM administrator password in the URL
of the plugin's request to the OM backend.
