I am an employee of a school and most commercial servers have reached their limit so education is a good that is highly needed. I will try docker solution. In parallel I am developing a server solution which is Arch-based. Here kurento-media-server is in the AURS - but I am not ready to switch from Debian to Arch at the moment...
