Github doesn't contain any download links :)
It is just mirror of Apache server :)

Binaries are available on sources build server:
https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/openmeetings/

There is no "official" download link for 5.0 due to it wasn't officially
released yet :)
