As you understand it, i think we don't need png and jpg.With only png
extension would be sufficient.
If jpg must have black background, always any user canconvert png, with
a software-program, to any other extensionthat she/he need, and so can
play with transparent background.
Respect to OM 4.0.7 snapshot 491, i don't find any issue.
