While I know there is a button to convert to "Send on Enter" is there a way to change that for default? While some would prefer to CTRL+Enter to send, the ones that use the chat for 1 line responses and no needs for paragraphs, it makes it difficult to walk new users to know where to click.
Currently get new users each day, they type hello and they do not know about needing to click on the arrow to send the message (as it is almost hidden on the browser even in full screen: see attached) so they will keep hitting the enter key. Finally after seeing them "typing" with no response admins have to tell them about clicking on the 5 lines above where you type and click the 1st button. Is there a way for each install to choose the setting they would like? CRTL+ENTER versus ENTER?
