Chatroom color customization

Can the chatroom colors be changed.  Looking to change to a "grey scale" 
palette over the blues?  If so can you give a list of files that need to 
have the color codes changed in?  Since users only ever see the rooms 
the elements I would need to change are the chatroom itself and the 
"popout" box elements.
