CentOS again ... :(

The images are being generated "on the fly" by Java
I guess you don't have AWT Java module working on your server
What JVM are you using? OpenJDK? Oracle JDK?

Can you check if log messages are being written to
$OM_HOME/log/openmeetings.log ?
