Hello Rene, can you create sample screen-shot using some native tool (ffmpeg maybe) Is it better? When you are saying "I get a picture who is cutted on the top and the bottom" is it in OM room? What is your screen resolution? What is the size of browser? Size of WB? (you can check it in browser dev console)
