Hello David,

you are right, item in the tree is being created only if file can be
converted/used
OM can't determine file type in case temp file fail to be created, so file
item in DB/tree is not created.

All information should be in the logs.
I tried to improve process a bit,
would appreciate if you can check latest 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT from here:
