OM doesn't use "JMX listener port for RMI as well as debug proxy port", it is red5 specific stuff To change available resolutions you need to edit file VideoSettings.html (webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/classes/org/apache/openmeetings/web/room/VideoSettings.html)
