I think, if it is useless right now and in future there is no need to
keep it.
Nobody answered right now, that he/she is using this feature heavily...
Maybe nowadays support for messaging over telegram or such things might
be more useful...

I would like to drop SMS sending support in 4.0.0, reasons:
1) library for SMS sending is not supported anymore (smslib.org
<http://smslib.org> site is down, both github repositories are not
maintained)
2) I believe this library doesn't work as expected
3) I'm unable to test SMS sending
What do you think?
