You can get nightly build (both binary and source) from our build server:
https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/Openmeetings%203.2.x/
Not sure why tests are failing for you (works OK both locally and on build
server)
After successful build you can get artifacts from
openmeetings-server/target folder

to update you can
0) backup everything (just in case)
1) use import/export
2) just change the binaries (if you absolutely sure what you are doing) :))
