In addition to Maxim’s pointers, you could do these tests. We
experienced a similar issue and did these tests to make progress.
1.What do you get when you type URL:
http://Yourserver:5080/CoscendCC/services/FileService?wsdl?
·On Maxim team’s demo server, you get this output:
http://om.alteametasoft.com:5080/openmeetings/services/FileService?wsdl
OR,
·Does your installation give an error of HTTP Status 500?
2.What do you get when you replace ‘FileService’ in URL by
(‘RoomService’, ‘CalendarService’, ‘JabberService’, ‘UserService’,
‘ServerService’)?

can you try to enable "debug" mode and check client console?
1) stop OM
2) edit webappas/openmeetings/WEB-INF/web.xml, change DEPLOYMENT ->
DEVELOPMENT
3) start OM

In my conference rooms, there is no directory in the file explorer
and we can't upload files. Nothing happen when i click "start
upload" and i have no error in my logs. I tried to add a file from
webservice and it worked (even if i can't see it in the room but
returncode was "true")
I just change the configuration to use https (no rtmps), but i'm not
sure if it's the reason of my problem as when i connect with http i
still have the problem.
Everything else seems too work properly (Audio/Vidéo, Whiteboard,
Profile picture upload)
