AppointmentDTO returns wrong date

Hi Maxim,

In OM 3.0.4 soap interface AppointmentDTO is returning wrong date for the
fields start and end. The method saveAppointment is ok, I used it to save an
appointment to start at 02 /25 /2015 15:00 and I used the OM web App to
ckeck the calendar,  but when I use getNextAppointment  the start field of
AppointmentDTO informs 02 /25 /2016 without the time, and end field informs
02 /04 /2017.
