can you then try:

1) locate soffice.bin (should return something
like: /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin)
2) re-run command line "jod convert" with additional argument
*-Doffice.home=/usr/lib/libreoffice*

if everything OK specify this office home in OM config.
