The tooltip is not show correctly for this field. Please see the 1588
label id and try to change value.

After further testing it appears that it does not work as you
described.
After entering recipient address in "Username Ranomuser"
<email@...>
format, the user still joins the room without any name present.
If it matters, the room was created using the Moodle Openmeetings
plugin, so maybe this is an issue?
