you can create group (Administration->Usergroups)
can add users to it (Administration->Usergroups or Administration->Users)
you can assign group to the room (Administration->Conference rooms)
you can modify config so "private rooms" will be displayed by default
(Administration->Configurations-> default.landing.zone=rooms/group)

users can go directly to the room: http://localhost:5080/openmeetings#room/
*ROOM_ID* but this link is not automatic
