Surely I have dropped database before upgrade!

There does not exist any openmeetings database before upgrade procedure. I have 
retried installation, but same result: om_user_right does not contain any data, 
no errors during import. Please can you give me information what I must insert 
into table om_useer_right? There is by this time only one user: me by myself...
