reposteps == steps to reproduce Can you check if this user is on the computer with cached username/password for OM? (the easiest way to check this is: open http://yoursite:yourport/openmeetings if login screen is not displayed you have username/password cached)
So I guess some error occurred or connection was dropped, then user was autologined on automatic reconnect.
