issue?
Do you need to change values after you submitted the job which is running
and for example based on a condition?
Or do you want to define actions with the same variable name?
May I ask ypu to please share an example and a step by step description
what would you prefer? Oozie may not support what you need but if a change
would be possible then your request could be a feature request.
