Hi San, The 22.01 version has been unofficially abandoned because we want to create a new 24.xx branch with some work to be completed, for now: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Release+24.xx+Roadmap
If you really need REST, I'd rather use the trunk and when possible "update" (trunk is always ahead) to 24.xx when available. If you know the Minilang and Groovy you could even contribute to remaining OFBIZ-9350 subtasks...
